Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13 1962) is an American actor from the United States. After her 1983 debut film Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat group of actors. She appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) and WarGames. Sheedy was awarded with the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. She began her career in film at the beginning of the 1980s when she appeared in the film based on a crime drama Bad Boys, for which she received a lot of reviews. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, where other actors were also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her first success led her to be a part of The Breakfast Club, a 1985 comedy-drama. The film was written and directed by John Hughes is considered one of the greatest high school films ever made. Although the budget for this movie was only $1 million, the film has grossed more than $50 millions. When she was working on this, her debut on television took place on CBS Schoolbreak. It was a program specifically for teens that began airing in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other shows on television that featured her in. The most recent of her appearances is Little Sister, a film that follows a super-hero, with Sheedy as a small cameo. Sheedy has been awarded numerous times for her stellar performances among them her MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
